Order Acceptance

All dry fruits, kernels, and natural herbs are batch-inspected and sealed in moisture-proof containers prior to dispatch to preserve original crispness and pure origin quality.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. BP Gold reserves the right to review order quantities or limit commercial reselling without prior authorization.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests are honored within two hours of order placement or until the shipment notification is generated, whichever occurs earlier.

We process orders promptly to guarantee source-sealed freshness. Orders can be canceled without penalties before facility dispatch.

To request an immediate order cancellation, submit your reference number through your dashboard or email our customer care team promptly.

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the natural and consumable nature of raw dry fruits and herbs, returns are subject to strict food safety guidelines.

Non-Refundable Items

If package seals arrive broken or damaged, report the delivery within twenty-four hours with clear photos for an immediate replacement or full refund.

Approved refund amounts are transferred back to your original payment method within five to seven working days following inspection approval.

Unsealed packages or requests submitted after the initial reporting window cannot be accepted for refund due to sanitary standards.
